We have an excellent long-standing relationship with our local authority partners, and a proven reputation of providing foster child and foster carer focused services.
We’re frequently told that our carers choose us, and stay with us, because they feel involved in the running of our agency, and we always ensure they have a voice. Our local teams of social workers and support workers ensure that we’re always there for each and every one of our carers. Our support means that our foster carers can focus on the important bit – providing great foster care to local looked after children.

Our latest Care Inspectorate Wales report says:
“The well-being of children is clearly central to the ethos and practice of the agency. Children participate in decisions about their care and support, they are able to develop positive relationships with their foster carers and other people who are important to them and are supported to fulfil their potential and achieve positive outcomes. Children live with foster carers who have been safely recruited, and who are suitably supervised, supported and trained in order to provide safe and stable homes for the children they care for.”
